Studio classes are a great environment to practice with others, share energy, meet other yogis, share a laugh, and be inspired. All of the classes I currently teach are open level, and I will accommodate everyone from a beginner to an experienced practitioner with lots of options and individual attention. The classes tend to be strong & dynamic, and you can expect an upbeat, yet calm playlist to fuel the practice as it flows. Classes are designed to build strength and increase flexibility. Corporate classes are designed to reduce stress, improve productivity and energize employees. It can also be a great way to team build. All that is needed is a space within the office to practice. Classes can be done before work, over lunch or after work. Classes are suitable for all levels & any degree of flexibility. Additionally, meditation classes are a great addition to meetings or workshops to help centre the energy, create focus, develop a clear platform for ideas and tap into our creativity & inspiration.
Private classes are a great way to understand your unique body & develop a practice tailored to your needs—emotionally & physically. I will cater the class to your specific injuries, strengths and interests. Additionally we can arrange the class at a time that works perfect for you and in the comfort of your own home. One-to-one classes can help beginners learn the basics to feel super comfortable in public classes, or help an advanced practitioner grow a deeper understanding & see their practice really develop.
